USER AGREEMENT FOR THE HEALTH CARE APP
Dear user:
Welcome to becoming a user of the Shenzhen Rontex Technology Health Care APP. Please read the following terms of service carefully before using the service:
The parties to this User Agreement are Shenzhen Rontex Technology Health Care APP service provider (Shenzhen Rontex Technology Co., Ltd. Hereinafter referred to as "we") and users of Shenzhen Rontex Technology Health Care APP hardware & software products, and the User Agreement have the force of a contract. After you confirm the agreement, which shall have legal effect between you and us (Shenzhen Rontex Technology Co., Ltd.)., Please be sure to read the entire agreement carefully before registering, and if you have any questions, please get in touch with us.
No matter whether you read before registration for this agreement, once you click on the APP "sign up" button below and in according to the registration page instructions, complete the registration process. It means that you have fully consented and signed the User Agreement.
1.Acknowledgement and Acceptance of the User Agreement
The ownership and operation of the services of this application are reserved by our company.
2.User Instructions:
(1) You shall equip yourself with the client device necessary to use the application services, includes personal computers, mobile devices, and other devices necessary to establish a network connection.
(2) You shall bear the telephone and internet charges associated with the use of this service at your own expense.
3. Each user shall not post or transmitting the following illegal information on the video communication service platform provided by this application;
(1) Opposes the principles determined in the Constitution;
(2) Jeopardizes state security, leaks state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines the unity of the nation;
(3) Damages the honor and interests of the nation;
(4) Instigates ethnic hatred or racial discrimination or undermines the national solidarity;
(5) Sabotages the religious policies of the state, propagates heresies or superstition;
(6) Disseminates rumors, disrupts the social order, or undermines social stability;
(7) Disseminates obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, horror or instigates others to crime;
(8) Infringes others' legitimate rights and interests by insulting or slandering others;
(9) Otherwise prohibited or limited by the laws or administrative regulations;
4. Relevant personal information
User agrees:
(1) Provides timely, detailed, and accurate personal data.
(2) Consent to receive information from this application.
(3) The registration data is continuously updated to meet the requirements of timeliness, thoroughness, and accuracy. All originally typed information will be referenced as registration information.
(4) This application shall not disclose personal information such as the user's name, address, email address, etc., except in the following cases.
(a)The user authorizes us to disclose this information.
(b) We are required by relevant laws and procedures to provide the user with personal data.
We reserve the right to end the user's eligibility to use our services if the data provided by the user contains incorrect information.
If the user is under the age of 18, you must be properly instructed by a parent or Careian to use the services provided by us.
5. Amendments to the Agreement
We reserve the right to modify the User Agreement when necessary. Changes to our terms of service will be announced on an important page. If you do not consent to the changes, you may cancel the services you have received. If you continue to enjoy our services, will be deemed to have accepted the changes in the User Agreement. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice to the user. We shall not be liable to the user or any third party for the exercise of its right to modify or discontinue the services.
6.User Privacy Policy
It is a fundamental policy to respect the user’s privacy. Therefore, we will not disclose, edit or reveal the registration information and non-public content stored in this application without the user's legal authorization, unless required by legal permits or the company believes in good faith that the disclosure of such information is necessary in the following four cases.
(1) Comply with the relevant laws and regulations, and follow the legal service procedures of us.
(2) Maintaining ownership of our trademarks;
(3) Maintain the privacy and security of individual users and society at large in emergency situations;
(4) Comply with other relevant requirements;
We reserve the right to publish user’s information and analyze information.
7.Member ID, Password and Security
When you complete the registration process, you will be required to provide your mobile phone number as your login account number and set your login password. You shall take full responsibility if you do not keep your account and password secure. In addition, each user is solely responsible for all activities and events in his/her account. Once discover any illegal use of your user account or security breach, please notify our customer service immediately.
8. Disclaimer
Users explicitly agree that you use Health Careian APP service at your own risk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted services, the timeliness, security, or error-free nature of the service, but we will do our best to avoid errors within the limits of our ability.
9. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from improper use of product services, or illegals to user-transmitted information. These damages may harm our reputation, so we have long anticipated the possibility of such damages while preventing them from occurring as much as possible.
10. Terminate of the Service
We have the right to determine whether a user's behavior complies with the requirements and spirit of our User Agreement, and we reserve the right to discontinue the service to the user's account if the user violates the provisions of the terms.
11. User Management
Users must follow:
(1) Use of the information service is not for illegal purposes;
(2) Not to interfere with or disrupt network services;
(3) Comply with all network protocols, regulations, procedures, and practices for the use of the services. The User's code of conduct is based on Internet regulations, policies, procedures, and practices.
12. Warranties
The User agrees to indemnify and hold the interests of all members of our company, responsible for the payment by the user beyond the scope of services due to legal fees, in violation of terms of service, compensation for damage to other people to use the user's computer, account number and other intellectual property rights of recourse costs.
13. Fees for Services
The fee standards for the services we provide to users will be detailed on the corresponding service pages of our applications or official websites. Once a user subscribes to a paid service with a personal account and password, it will be deemed that you have subscribed to the paid service. You are obliged to pay the corresponding service fees on time by the relevant charging standards, payment methods, etc., and we will also charge by the charging standards and payment methods of the relevant services. If you fail to pay the corresponding service fees on time, we will have the right to automatically cancel the paid service you subscribed to without further notice. For some services that users use free of charge for a certain period, we have not committed to continuing to provide such services and keeping them free of charge forever. We have the right to adjust the scope of services and fee standards at any time and notify users of such adjustments.
14. Termination of services
The User or us may interrupt one or more of the services at any time, depending on the circumstances. We shall not be liable to any individual or third party for discontinuing services at any time. If the User objects to any of the proposed terms of service or disputes subsequent modifications to the terms, or is dissatisfied with our services, the User may exercise the following rights :
(1) No longer using our products or services;
(2) Notify us to discontinue the service to the User;
After the user service is terminated, the user's right to use our services will be terminated immediately. From then on, the user has no right and we have no obligation to transmit any unprocessed information or unfinished services to the user or third party.
15. Notification
All notifications to users can be delivered by push message, website announcement, e-mail, or regular mail. Notices of modifications to the User Agreement, changes to the service, or other important events will be made in this manner.
16. Ownership of Information Content
The information content defined in this application includes text, software, voice, images, video, graphics, all content in advertisements, and other information provided to users of Rontex's website. All such content is protected by copyright, trademark, labeling, and other property ownership laws. Therefore, the user can only use these contents under the authorization of Rontex and the advertisers. Besides, copying, reproducing, or creating derivative products related to the contents without authorization shall not be allowed.
17. Law
The User Agreement of this application information shall be consistent with the interpretation of the laws of the PRC. Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the court of competent jurisdiction in the location of the company. If the terms of service conflict with the laws of the PRC, these terms will be re-interpreted in full accordance with the provisions of the law, while the other terms remain binding on the user.
